We are excited to announce that Panelbase is moving to the Norstat Group, who are one of the largest and leading data collectors for market research in Europe.
Over the the next few weeks we will be working with the Norstat team to move you over to the Norstatpanel website where future survey invitations will be served from.

Can I still withdraw my rewards in the same way?
Yes, BACS, voucher, and charity options are all available through the shop on Nortstatpanel, however, vouchers will be in the form of eVouchers rather than paper vouchers posted to your adddress. The charity options are a little different to those available on Panelbase but still includes the British Red Cross.
Another option you will have is to plant a tree with your rewards.
Will I lose my existing Panelbase rewards?
No, any balance you have on your Panelbase account will be transferred to your Norstatpanel account.
Are survey rewards still in pounds and pence?
No, Nortstatpanel use 'coins' to accrue your survey rewards, 1 coin = 10p so 10 coins = £1.
How do I access Norstatpanel?
The Panelbase and Norstat teams are working together to make the process of transferring to the new system as easy as possible. Over the next few weeks you should be receiving an email asking you to move your account, when you choose to move you will be asked to set a new password and then sent a link from which you will be able to access your account.
Will there still be a monthly prize draw?
No, the monthly prize draw will change to a quarterly lottery with a massive £1000 travel voucher as the top prize.
Whats happens if I screen out / quota full out of a survey?
Screen outs & quota fulls will pay 1 coin (10p) into your Norstat account rather than an entry into a prize draw as it was on Panelbase.
Will we still be able to ask & answer MiniPolls?
MiniPolls will not be available through Norstatpanel.
Does Norstatpanel have an app?
Yes, there is an app that can be downloaded via Google Play or the App Store that you can use to access your account and survey opportunities.
What happens if I don't want to move to Norstat UK?
It is up to you whether or not you would like to join the Norstat UK panel, however, Panelbase will stop serving new survey opportunities soon and the site will ultimately close. All open Panelbase accounts will get transferred across to Norstat at some point, if you don't want to move across you will need to either let us know that you would like to wind down your account or your other option is to unsubscribe.
What happens if I'm in the middle of a multipart study on Panelbase?
Access to multipart studies will still be granted if you choose to move your account early but if you have any concerns please get in touch with our support team: support@panelbase.zendesk.com
What if I am waiting on credits for surveys I have already completed on Panelbase?
Any rewards already accrued will be transferred as part of the move to Norstat, any that are still waiting to be paid will be moved over manually once they've been applied to your Panelbase account.
