Panelbase: Update on Covid-19

Like you and most of the world, we're making our best efforts to adjust to a rapidly evolving situation. Here at Panelbase, like everyone else, we are following the COVID-19 situation very closely and wanted to get in touch and outline the steps that we are taking to support our staff and you our members.

You are very important to us and we would like to assure you that we will endeavour to continue to offer you regular survey opportunities and provide you with the same level of service and support.

However we would like to make you aware of some changes and actions that we have needed to take in these unusual circumstances;

Following government guidelines we have asked our team members to work from home where possible. This does include our support team who would usually be on hand to answer any queries you have regarding your account or any survey opportunities that you may have undertaken. Whilst they will still be available to help you with your enquiries this will only be via email on support@panelbase.zendesk.com and not via the 0800 195 8492 support phone number - we will let you know when this changes.

Another change that we are having to action is how you can withdraw any rewards that you have built up. We would ask you to consider changing to the BACS withdrawal method so that your rewards will go straight into your bank account rather than relying on vouchers. Voucher payments need to be sent out from our office so while staff are primarily working from home there could be a delay in getting any vouchers processed and sent. We will attempt to honour any voucher requests made up until 11am on Friday 27th March (depending on demand) but after this date the voucher option will be temporarily suspended until further notice. We are reliant on the postal system for sending vouchers to you and in the current climate there may be additional delays once they have been sent out. With other countries going into lockdown having the funds available in your bank might be preferable than having them in voucher form.

We will update you again to report any further changes or to advise when services are back to normal.
